Easter

• We left at 7:30 a.m. yesterday morning and drove all the way home. It took us 9 hours.



• We boiled four sacks of crawfish (average of 150 pounds) for Easter dinner. Along with okra, red potatoes, garlic onion, sausage, etc.) They were SO good!



• That's ALOT of crawfish to eat in one day.



• Riding in the car for 9 hours straight will wear your ass out. I still don't understand why.



• My sister's dog attacked Sadie the day we left. She was ok, but that is weird. Her dog has never done that before in the 3 years we have lived out there.



• I just got the Update delivered to me . . . By golly . . . somebody has won the lottery. I wish I knew this guy personally so I could see what happens from here.



• I love TRU TV. It's Channel 204 if you have Dish Network. Me and hubby favorite show is COPS.



• I saw an advertisement for the start of a new season of the DEADLIEST CATCH on the Discovery Channel. I think it starts tonight.



• The fires that spread thru Western Wise went VERY close to our house on Thursday.



• We got a call from an old friend asking if we were watering our house down and packing our valuables. We had heard nothing of the fires until that phone call and we were entering Shreveport, L.A.



• That was a scary phone call.



• Luckily my family watered down our property for me.



• I am ready for the weekend already.
